Help To Grow Institute LLC is a coaching and education company founded by Dr. Karolina LaBrecque, PhD, M.S. Psychology. We help business owners, founders, executives, and senior leaders redesign the human system underneath their performance, so sustainable growth does not require burnout, constant self-override, or sacrificing the life they are building.
Through Human Performance Advisory, executive coaching, leadership education, and the Human Systems Coach Certification, we integrate cognition, behavior, nervous-system capacity, time, environment, and leadership into one practical approach to sustainable high performance.
Dr. LaBrecque is an author, speaker, behavioral consultant, and developer of Human Systems Coaching. Services are educational and coaching-based and are not psychotherapy or medical care.
