Foundation for Seacoast Health Announces 2025 Strategic Grant Cycle Recipients

PORTSMOUTH—The Foundation for Seacoast Health is proud to announce the recipients of its 2025 Strategic Grant Cycle, awarding a total of $450,000 to 17 organizations that are committed to improving the lives of older adults throughout the Seacoast region. These grants align with the Foundation’s recent request for proposals, which prioritized efforts to reduce social isolation, enhance caregiver support, and expand access to vital resources for older adults. “We are thrilled to partner with these
