Portsmouth High School honors Career and Technical Education students on Signing Day

PORTSMOUTH—Portsmouth High School Career and Technical Education hosted its annual Certificate Recognition Ceremony – Signing Day -- honoring students who have chosen to pursue a career in the industry in collaboration with educational institutions, local businesses, and military partners.
